Individual Support

Becoming Whole in Christ

Our Individual Support ministry is designed for anyone walking through anxiety, depression, grief, or emotional struggle who longs to find healing rooted in faith. We are building a faith-based curriculum that combines biblical reflection with sound mental health education, helping individuals understand their minds while drawing closer to Jesus. Our hope is that every participant experiences renewed hope, practical tools, and a deeper sense of being known and loved by God.

Individual Support is intended to help people facing mental and emotional struggles find faith-centered encouragement, practical education, and hope in Jesus. It is for individuals who want support as they navigate their experiences. Mental Health and Jesus is developing this ministry area carefully; specific counseling or support services are not yet launched or available through this page.

Please note: this program is currently in development and is not yet available. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.

Ministry Area 02

Family & Caregiver Support

When someone we love is struggling with their mental health, the whole family feels it. This ministry area exists to walk alongside parents, spouses, children, and caregivers with Christ-centered encouragement and practical, clinically informed education.

Mental Health and Jesus hopes to equip families with resources for compassionate communication and healthy boundaries, so caregivers can love well without losing themselves, and find rest and hope in Jesus along the way.

Family and Caregiver Support is intended to equip loved ones with understanding, compassion, and faith-based resources as they support someone facing mental health challenges. It serves families and caregivers who want to respond with wisdom and hope. Educational resources and support opportunities are still being developed and are not currently offered as launched programs.

Global Outreach & Partnerships

Mental health struggles cross every border, and so does the hope of the Gospel. This ministry area is still being developed. Our vision is to build relationships with churches, ministries, and mental health advocates around the world, so that believers in every nation can access faith-centered mental health awareness and spiritual support. As partnerships take shape, we hope to share resources, equip local leaders, and help reduce stigma in communities where support is scarce. We will share updates here as this work grows.

How We Walk Alongside You

Faith-centered support, practical education, and hope in Jesus for life's hardest seasons.

Individual Support

Becoming Whole in Christ is a developing faith-based curriculum that will combine biblical teaching, personal reflection, and practical mental-health education. It is intended to help individuals explore emotional well-being and spiritual growth, alongside appropriate professional care when needed.

Family & Caregiver Support

MHJ is developing educational resources and sessions to help loved ones understand mental-health challenges, practice compassionate communication, and establish healthy boundaries. These resources will offer faith-based encouragement without promising clinical treatment or guaranteed healing.

Educational Sessions

MHJ is developing workshops and presentations for individuals, families, churches, and community organizations. These sessions will share practical mental-health education through a Christ-centered perspective. Leadership Development remains a broader, longer-term ministry pillar.

Global Outreach & Partnerships

Our vision extends beyond our local communities. Through Christ-centered partnerships, educational resources, and outreach, Mental Health and Jesus hopes to help individuals and communities approach mental health challenges with faith, understanding, and compassion. We are building relationships and exploring opportunities to extend this mission wherever the need exists.

YOU DONโ€™T HAVE TO WALK THROUGH IT ALONE
